While estrogen is vital to the succuss of our bodies - the way we live, the foods we eat, and other lifestyle factors are causing a bunch of us, both men and women, to have higher estrogen.
This interferes with testosterone, progesterone, and much more, leading to hormone imbalances that can wreak havoc on our bodies.
Here are some lifestyles changes I recommend to people who have high estrogen:
Liver Detoxing
Now please don't go buy some detox pills that make you poop your brains out :)
Let's help support the natural detox of our hormones, and we do this through supporting our liver!

Consume sulfur containing food - cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, kale), allium vegetables (onions, garlic), eggs, and meat (turkey, beef, eggs, fish, chicken)
Methylation Support - Consumption of natural sources of Folate + B12, or consumption of methylated forms of these B vitamins, as well consume dark leafy greens
Support your Gut: probiotics, kefit, fiber, flaxseed, other fermented food
Exercise - 200-300minutes/week (walking, running, Pilates, lifting weights, yoga, anything that gest you moving!)
Consume liver happy foods/drinks/teas - dandelion root, garlic, eggs, milk thistle, fatty fish, berries, olive oil, citrus fruits, green tea, garlic
Reduce your liver burden - decrease consumption of unhealthy fatty foods, alcohol, drugs, while increasing hydration + minerals, and foods listed above
Reduce Exogenous Estrogens + Mimickers
BPA + BHT (Aluminium Cans, plastic water bottles, recepits)
Triclosan (Soaps, deodorants, toothpaste)
Phthalates (Candles, perfume, air freshners, lotion, laundry, nail polish, plastic wrap)

Fragrances in lotions, skincare, anything you put on your body.
