Welcome to Woodland!

We are so excited to be able to serve you. We want you to feel safe, heard, and know that you are in good hands. Below is some information regarding how your visits will work, but feel free to reach out to get started with your care!

BEFORE YOUR 1ST VISIT: Once you book your new patient exam online, you will be sent a welcome email with more information and your new patient paperwork. Please have this filled out at least 24 hours in advance to the best of your ability.

YOUR 1ST VISIT: During your initial visit, you and your provider will go over your intake paperwork. This includes a thorough exam, including your health history, spine exam, movement assessments, and whatever else your provider deems fit. You may or may not be adjusted on your 1st visit, depending on findings, if X-Rays are necessary, or if a referral is needed. After this visit, your provider will form a unique care plan tailored to you and your complaint. Expect this visit to last roughly 45 minutes.

YOUR 2ND VISIT: During this visit, you and your provider will discuss the care plan they designed specifically for you. This is called a "Report of Findings", and they will discuss their findings, what they recommend, cost, and more. This visit should last about 30 minutes.

THE REST OF YOUR PERSONALIZED CARE PLAN: These visits will vary depending on complaint, rate of healing, and your care plan. The average visit will be 15-30 minutes long.

Do You Take Insurance? We are out of network with insurance, and non participating with Medicare. Our Pricing can be found on our online booking page. We believe that we should treat based on what the patient needs, and not just what insurance would cover. This also takes away any surprise factor with payment, so you won't be surprised with a bill a month later! We do offer superbills, which can be submitted to insurance for any out of network benefits. This also allows us longer appointment times, allowing us to focus on you and your needs. We accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards and cash.
