Hi there! Im Dr Kenzie!
I'm Dr. Kenzie! Nice to meet you!
I am a Chiropractor, Functional Medicine doc, wellness enthusiast, avid weight lifter, and mother to two dachshunds, one great pyrenees, and 20+ birds (ducks, geese, and chickens!)
I am passionate about helping you in all areas of your life, whether it is helping you heal from an injury, testing and guiding you on a hormone imbalance, showing you different exercises to help you heal, giving you supplement guidance, or just overall wellness support.
I found chiropractic after a disc injury in high school, but did not decide to pursue the career until after college. I fell in love with holistic medicine after dealing with a severe hormonal imbalance in my 20s. I am able to use my experience with both to help empathize with my patients, and can understand how it feels when traditional medicine fails you.
I believe that there is nothing better than teaching you how to help yourself. I believe you have the power to heal yourself, you just need some guidance.
I look forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey!

This is a safe and gentle technique that helps ease tension throughout pelvic ligaments and muscles.
Functional Movement Systems + Selective Functional Movement Assessments (FMS + SFMA): This is a movement assessment to assess for decreased mobility, strength, or dysfunction. It includes movement testing such as squats, lunges, and other patterns, which helps find the cause of pain or dysfunction.
