CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS
Our bread and butter! Chiropractic adjustments are wonderful for restoring motion in the spine, increasing mobility, and reducing pain. You may or may not hear a pop, but this is a harmless release of gas bubbles. Adjustments are very comfortable, and should not be painful. You may even feel immediate relief!

INSTRUMENT ASSISTED
SOFT TISSUE MANIPULATION
IASTM is a therapy that uses a small metal tool to ‘scrape’ the skin. Think of it as a very intense massage to a specific area. This tool helps improve blood flow to the area, as well as reducing pain and tightness. This is great for tight muscles!

ELECTRICAL STIMULATION
During E-Stim, small electrodes are placed over your area of pain and the therapy is turned to your tolerance. There is a small electrical current sent throughout the area, that helps ‘scramble’ the pain signal to your brain. This therapy helps decrease painful nerve sensations, and helps your body release pain-killing endorphins. This is painless, and all you will feel is a slight tingly sensation!

THERAPEUTIC ULTRASOUND
This therapy uses the same mechanisms behind the well-known baby ultrasound, but at a different frequency! Ultrasound gel is placed over your area of complaint, and an applicator head helps deliver high frequency sound waves to the area. These are painless, and all you will feel is some warmth. This will help improve blood flow to the area, which helps speed up healing, as well as decrease inflammation.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT TRAINING
Both practitioners have grown up around sports, weight equipment, and other exercise areas. They love helping others with their movement patterns, weight lifting form, and more. This may be a crucial part of your care plan to help reduce your pain and improve function.
KINESIO-TAPING
K-Taping is the process of using medical grade special elastic therapeutic tape to help support and/or encourage movement of the body. There are hundreds of ways to help different areas of the body, ranging from improving circulation, decreasing pain, aiding in postural support, and encouraging lymphatic support.

TRACTION TABLE
Everyone's favorite roller table! Great for relaxing and loosening up the back before or after an adjustment. While lying on your back, a rolling mechanism inside the table goes up and down your spine, helping hydrate discs, relaxing muscles, and restoring motion to the spine!
